Your area of responsibility:

Production of parts according to drawings
Correction of programs and operation of CNC-controlled machine tools
Implementation of quality control of the products
Establishment of CNC-controlled machine tools

Your qualification:

High level of quality awareness and independent work
Successfully completed vocational training
Knowledge of the operation of CNC machines or setup and programming
Experience with Okuma and Heidenhain controls

Training positions:
Cutting mechanic (m / f / d)

Cutting machine operators usually manufacture precision components from metal using cutting processes such as turning, milling, drilling or grinding. Processing is usually done with CNC machine tools. These are set up by the machining mechanic and the manufacturing process is constantly monitored.

Cutting machine operators work in metalworking factories, in which components are manufactured by machining processes, e.g. in machine, steel or light metal construction, in foundries or in vehicle construction.

Cutting machine operator is a recognized apprenticeship according to the Vocational Training Act (BBiG).

You can start the nationwide regulated 3 1/2 year training with us.
